For this recipe you need:
β€’Yeast dough:
30ml lukewarm water
1 cube of yeast
70gr erythritol or sugar
vanilla aroma
250ml vegetable milk
50gr melted coconut oil
1/2tsp salt
500gr spelled/dinkel flour
β€’Filling:
90gr melted margarine
50gr erythritol or sugar
2-3tbsp cinnamon
β€’Topping:
Almondbutter

Instructions:
Stir the yeast, lukewarm water & sugar -> let this yeast mixture covered rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Then add in the yeast mixture the almondmilk, the melted coconut oil, salt and the flour -> let it rest for 10 minutes.

Then knead and shape the dough into a ball -> let the dough ball rise covered for 1 hour.

Then shape the dough into a large rectangle (35x50cm) on a floured work surface.
Spread the melted margarine on the dough.
Stir the cinnamon & sugar and sprinkle it on the dough.
Roll the dough and cut into approx. 4cm wide slices.

Bake the cinnamon rolls in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (top&bottom heat) for 30 minutes.

Add the topping.
