Today I’m reposting my most shared and liked recipe on IG, my *NO BAKE SNICKERS*

These bars are vegan🌱, gluten & lactose free, healthy, easy to make and of course SUPER DELICIOUS🀩

RECIPE ⬇️

For the base mix together in bowl :
β€’ 100 gr oat flour or MIXED oats
β€’ 50 gr grated coconut
β€’ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
β€’ 100 ml plant milk
β€’ 2 tbsp maple syrup
β€’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β€’ 1 pinch salt
Then press the mixture in a small baking pan lined with parchment paper and put in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes or until FIRM!

For the date caramel mix together in a food processor:
β€’ 10 dry dates (cut)
β€’ 2 heaped tbsp natural peanut butter
β€’ 40-50 ml water
β€’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Then add in 20-25 gr of peanutsπŸ₯œ and stir everything.

Spread the caramel over the base and put back in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes.
Then cover with melted chocolate (+- 70gr + 1 tbsp coconut oil).

Put back in the freezer for about 2-3 hours!!
Store in the freezer or fridge! EnjoyπŸ™Œ
